The invention is directed to a material and system for reducing condensation in enclosed vehicle lamp housing (10) and more particularly to a condensation vent (22) comprising a water vapor material within, on or integral with the housing to reduce the condensation and prevent or minimize entry of liquid water and other foreign matter.
