SYSTEM FOR STARTING INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE A system has accumulator battery (1) with switch (2), having contacts thereof connected to negative terminal of the battery and to zero poten- tial bus (3), starter (4) in the form of a direct current electric machine. To positive terminals of accumulator battery (1) and starter (4) there are connected contacts (5) of a relay, control winding (6) whereof is connected to the positive terminal of accumulator battery (1) and through startor switch (7), to zero potential bus (3). To a positive terminal of accumulator battery (1) and to zero potential bus (3) there is connected capacitor battery (8) provided with a beating means including commutator element (9) connected to the poles of capacitor battery (8), and control unit (10) of the commutator element connected to the positive terminal of accumulator battery (1) and through switch (11) of the commutator element to the negative terminal of the accumulator battery (1).
