The invention concerns a system for tea service in a modern style teahouse, the latter combining quick service with the ambiance of more traditional quiet seating. A transition area between the quick service public and quiet seating lounge areas holds an inner counter with tea and tea concentrate based product processing devices, an aisle allowing passage for a tea tender and a semi-circular service/information counter. The information counter includes a first and second horizontal countertop parallel to one another joinedtogether by a vertical wall in a step arrangement. A plurality of stools are arranged around the information counter on a side opposite the aisle.
La présente invention a trait à un système pour le service du thé dans une maison de thé de style moderne, cette dernière combinant un service rapide et un environnement plus traditionnel et tranquille avec places assises. Une zone de transition entre les zones de service public rapide et la zone avec places assises est dotée d'un comptoir intérieur où se trouvent des machines servant à préparer le thé et des produits à base de concentrés de thé; cette zone comprend aussi une allée permettant aux préposés au service du thé de circuler, ainsi qu'un comptoir de service et d'information semi-circulaire. Ce comptoir est constitué d'une première et d'une seconde surfaces parallèles organisées en marches et reliées au moyen d'une paroi verticale. Plusieurs tabourets sont disposés autour du comptoir d'information, du côté opposé à l'allée.
