Arrangement for the fine machining of rotationally symmetrical disk-shaped or annular components by liquid-supported vibratory grinding, having a container, which is open at the top and is supported so that it can vibrate, having an unbalanced rotor, with drive, which puts the container into a rotationally induced shaking motion, having an abrasive filling for the container, consisting of many abrasive particles and a liquid, together with a holding device for the component. The container is of rotationally symmetrical configuration and arranged with its centre line vertical, a stiff holding device for a horizontal arrangement of the component is present in the container and the upper edge of the container is higher than the highest parts, of the component held, which have to be processed.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour l'usinage de précision de composants circulaires ou annulaires, à symétrie de révolution, par vibro-abrasion assistée par un liquide. Ce dispositif comprend un contenant ouvert vers le haut, monté de matière à pouvoir vibrer, un moteur déséquilibré imprimant au contenant des secousses induites par rotation, ledit moteur comportant un organe d'entraînement. Le contenant est rempli d'une matière abrasive constituée d'une pluralité d'abrasifs et d'un liquide. Ce dispositif comprend enfin un support pour le composant. Le contenant se présente sous la forme d'un corps à symétrie de révolution et est placé avec un axe vertical. Un support rigide est situé dans le contenant afin de placer ce dernier en position couchée, et le bord supérieur du contenant est situé à un niveau supérieur aux zones les plus hautes à usiner du composant maintenu en place.
