The invention relates to a dishwashing system (100) comprising at least one conveyor system (101) for feeding washware to one conveyor dishwasher (2, 2') and a conveyor system (101) for feeding dishware to the at least one conveyor dishwasher (2, 2') In order to further reduce the consumption of fresh water, chemicals and energy during operation, the invention provides a washware detector apparatus (51) which is designed to detect the number of units of washware, which are fed to the at least one conveyor dishwasher (2, 2') with the aid of the conveyor system (101) per unit time, in a prespecified or prespecifiable region of the conveyor system (101). Furthermore, a control device (50) is provided which is designed to select a predefined or predefinable treatment program.
L'invention concerne un système de lave-vaisselle (100) comportant au moins un système transporteur (101) pour alimenter des articles à laver vers un lave-vaisselle transporteur (2, 2') et un système transporteur (101) pour alimenter des articles à laver vers ledit au moins un lave-vaisselle transporteur (2, 2'). Afin de réduire plus encore la consommation d'eau fraîche, de produits chimiques et d'énergie en cours d'utilisation, l'invention met en uvre un appareil de détection d'articles à laver (51) qui est conçu pour détecter le nombre d'unités d'articles à laver, qui sont alimentées dans ledit au moins un lave-vaisselle transporteur (2, 2') à l'aide du système transporteur (101) par unité de temps, dans une région préspécifiée ou préspécifiable du système transporteur (101). Par ailleurs, l'invention concerne un dispositif de commande (50) qui est conçu pour sélectionner un programme de traitement prédéfini ou prédéfinissable.
