Disclosed is a system for joining two metal parts by laser welding, comprised of a fixed main frame (40, 41) defining a reference mark, a support mount (42) for a laser beam which can be displaced with respect to the fixed main frame, and a flange stand for parts held against one another by squeezing. The flange stand comprises a structure (41) connected to the main frame, and a table (44) comprised of flange elements (8), in which the arrangement of the elements is adapted to the geometry of the parts to be joined. The table (44) can be displaced with respect to the structure (41) between at least one first position in which the table is independent of the structure and therefore outside the reference mark, and a second position in which the table is connected to the structure and therefore referenced in the mark of the main frame.
Installation de raboutage de deux pièces métalliques par soudage au laser comportant un bâti général fixe (40, 41) définissant un repère de référence, un bâti de support (42) d'un faisceau laser, déplaçable par rapport au bâti général fixe, un bâti de bridage des pièces maintenues l'une contre l'autre avec une pression d'accostage. Selon l'invention, le bâti de bridage comporte une structure (41) reliée au bâti général et une table (44) formée d'éléments (8) de bridage, dans laquelle l'agencement des éléments est dédié à la géométrie des pièces à rabouter, la table (44) étant déplaçable par rapport à la structure (41) entre au moins une première position dans laquelle la table est indépendante de la structure donc hors du repère de référence et une seconde position dans laquelle la table est reliée à la structure et par la mise en référence dans le repère du bâti général.
