The invention relates to a system, a method, and a device for producing a supporting framework or a rigid girder comprising rods (4) and connecting elements which are optionally arranged therebetween at connecting points (1). The rod-shaped elements (4) are respectively made of at least one segment of a material stemming from climbing plants(e.g. bamboo) and the connecting elements (1) are made of a solid, re-newable material (e.g. wood). According to the invention, the ends of the rod-shaped elements (4) and/or the connecting elements (1) are treated in such a manner that they comprise surfaces extending at least in certain areas along clearly defined geometric bodies such that in the connecting area of a rod-shaped element and a connecting element or another rod-shaped element, each of the bodies comprise respectively a surface which extends at least in certain areas along the covering surface of a cylinder, conical-shaped element, prism or a pyramid and at least partially along a hollow cylinder, conical-shaped element, prism and/or hollow pyramid. Said surfaces are or can be assembled according to a coupling process with adjacent surfaces. The tool used therefor consists of at least one tool embodied as a removing tool, especially as a cutting tool for machining at least one connecting element and/or the ends thereof in order to obtain connectable rod-shaped elements.
L'invention concerne un système, un procédé et un dispositif de production d'une structure porteuse ou ossature rigide composée de barres qui sont raccordées, dans la zone des points de liaison, par d'éventuels éléments de liaison. Les barres constituées d'au moins respectivement un segment d'une matière de plantes grimpantes et les éléments de liaison consistués d'une matière solide renouvelable. Selon l'invention, les extrémités des barres et/ou éléments de liaison sont traitées de telle façon qu'elle(s) présente(nt) des surfaces s'étendant au moins par zones le long de corps de géométrie bien définie de telle façon que dans la zone de liaison d'une barre et d'un élément de liaison ou d'une autre barre, chacun des deux corps présente respectivement une surface s'étendant au moins par zones le long de la surface de l'enveloppe d'un cylindre, d'un cône, d'un prisme ou d'une pyramide ainsi qu'une surface s'étendant au moins par zones le long d'un cylindre creux, d'un cône, d'un prisme et/ou d'une pyramide creuse. Ces surfaces sont ou peuvent être assemblées selon le principe d'emboîtement à des surfaces adjacentes. L'outil utilisé à cet effet comprend au moins un outil conçu comme un outil d'usinage par enlèvement de matière, notamment comme outil de coupe, destiné à usiner au moins un élément de liaison et/ou ses extrémités pour obtenir des barres à relier.
