The invention allows bicyclist, disabled people in wheelchairs and others (pedestrian or vehicle) to signalize its presence on intersection by using IR(Infrared) Transmitter. The signal is sent to stand alone IR Receiver or IR Receiver embedded into Pedestrian Push Button Box. From there signal is sent through existing wires to the traffic light control system. Using this information the system can modify time for the green light on the same way it is modified when pedestrian pushes the button on the Push Button Box. The IR Receiver will have capability to record every received message from IR Transmitter together with time and date when the message is received. This data can be retrieved from IR Receiver. The receiver will be also capable to recognize special code generated by IR Transmitter for visionimpaired people and activate audible signal.
