This system is a combination of Electronic Computer, Automation and drillings ( for water ) Is consists of: A) Cementpillars ( dr. 1 ) bearing 1. A.cement staircase leading to s chamber ( room ) 2. The chamber is equipped with a revolving video-camera with a lens, a thermal sensor, of infra red radiation and photo cell, a special electronic computer processor bearing a special programm and a Transmitter. The supply of energy is done through batteries of nominal strength. In the more inaccessible areas the battery char - ging is effected through an Accumulator Panel of photovol- taic energy ( conversion of solar energy to electrical ). B) A series of scattered drillings (dr.2) of various supplies of water and depths and supplies of water together With their corresponding : 1) pump rooms bearing a receiver, an electro- magnetic Relay, an electric switch and a time switch , 2) Ironpipes start from the drillings. Their length and cross section varies according to their supply of water from the drilling. At the end of the pipes there is a branching in 2 different directions of 20 metres in length each and at the edge of which a vertical revolving water sprinkler has been installed. The supply of electric current to the drillings is done from town or city alternating current and reaches the drillings by underground cables, without excluding an on land supply in some particular cases. C) Scattered reservoirs (dr.3) connected to the drillings through ironpipes and bearing portable pressure pumps.- In this system a proper layout can be made so that the water of the reservoirs is delivered to the ironpipes of the drilling in case of blockage of the system, The way in Which the computer instruments function in the system, is mentioned in detail in the description.
