ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In a system used to deliver tennis balls from a collec- tion trough into a hose and then into a collection container, in order to produce a burst of compressed air within the hose, a fan is disposed at the entry end of said hose, a mechanical delivery system comprises a paddle-wheel that fits the cross- section of the hose, the paddle-wheel having a shaft that is parallel to the hose within a housing, in each instance at least two paddles preventing the egress of the current of air generated by the fan from entering the housing.
