A system is provided for managing patent licenses. The sys-tem comprises at least one memory including a first memory location for storing a signal representing a plurality of patent licenses available for pro-curement. The system also comprises at least one network interface for re-ceiving a signal from a user designating at least one of the licenses for pro-curement. The system furthermore comprises at least one processor for pro-cessing a procurement transaction by which the user procures the at least one designated license. The at least one memory further comprises a sec-ond memory location for storing a signal representing information perti-nent to the procurement transaction including information regarding an identity of the user and information regarding the procured license.

L'invention porte sur système pour la gestion de licences de brevets. Le système comprend au moins une mémoire comprenant un premier emplacement de mémoire pour stocker un signal représentant une pluralité de licences de brevets disponibles pour l'acquisition.
