A method of storing a procedure in a data processing system to direct a telephone network to provide requested services to a customer. The method involves invoking a display level software process for converting a graphical representation level of display information that is a visual representation of the procedure into a data structure level representation of the procedure. A data structure level software process for converting the data structure level representation of the procedure into a binary representation of the procedure is then invoked. In the final step a binary level software process is used for storing, in a code level, executable code to implement the requested services. The executable code corresponds to the data in the data structures.
L'invention est une méthode de stockage de procédures dans un système de traitement de données qui est utilisée pour commander à un réseau téléphonique de fournir les services demandés par un client. La méthode de l'invention sollicite un processus logiciel opérant au niveau de l'affichage pour convertir une représentation graphique de l'information d'affichage, qui est une représentation visuelle de la procédure à stocker, en une représentation au niveau de la structure donnée de cette procédure. Un processus logiciel opérant au niveau de la structure des données servant à convertir la représentation au niveau de la structure des données de la procédure en une représentation binaire de la procédure est alors sollicité. Dans la dernière opération, un processus logiciel opérant au niveau binaire est utilisé pour stocker à un niveau de codage un code exécutable servant à procurer les services demandés. Ce code exécutable correspond aux données contenues dans les structures de données.
