A clip for connecting T-bar members of a suspended ceiling which may be connectçd to the end of a T-bar is formed from planar steel, with a hole for insertion of a rivet, a thumb rest for rotating the clip from a disengaged position in which the clip does not extend beyond the end of the T-bar to which the clip is attached to a position in which the forward end of the clip extends through a vertical slit in the web of a perpendicular adjacent T-bar. The clip has a spring loaded lobe which when inserted through the slit of the perpendicular T-bar, locks the clip in the slit. The clip may be used to join members of a ceiling grid and may be disengaged from a perpendicular T-bar without damage to either T- bar, or to the clip itself.
