A proteinaceous particle, for example a bacteriophage, ribosome or cell, displaying on its surface a T-cell receptor (TCR). The displayed TCR is preferably a heterodimer having a non-native disulfide bond between constant domain residues. Such display particles may be used for the creation of diverse TCR libraries for the identificaton of high affinity TCRs. Several high affinities are disclosed.

L'invention concerne une particule protéique telle qu'un bactériophage, un ribosome ou une cellule présentant à sa surface un récepteur pour l'antigène des lymphocytes T (TCR). De préférence, le TCR présenté est un hétérodimère qui comporte une liaison disulfure non native entre des résidus du domaine constant. Lesdites particules de présentation peuvent être utilisées pour créer diverses bibliothèques de TCR pour identifier des TCR à affinité élevée. Plusieurs affinités élevées sont décrites.
