A frame profile (1) and a ladder profile (2) are connected to each other by T-connectors (3 and 4) that are secured to the frame profile (1). Bolts (9 and 10) that pass through the frame profile (2) and fit into receiver channels (7 and 8) in the T-connectors (3 and 4) serve to connect these parts mechanically. Within the particular junction or joint area, the T-connectors (3 and 4) incorporate adhesive distribution channels (11, 12), that are accessible from the outside through filler openings (18 and 19) within the frame profile (2). In addition, the adhesive distribution channels (11, 12) incorporate transverse openings (17, 18), so that once the two profiles (1 and 2) have been assembled, an appropriate adhesive can be injected into the lower joint area through the filler openings (18, 19).
