Abstract This invention is an iron for waxing both cross-country and downhill skis. It is a metallic "T"-pipe with a baffle riveted inside to evenly distribute and retain a flame. It fits snugly onto most standard propane torch fittings. Once it is placed onto the torch-tip, it is heated for a few minutes. Once heated, the torch is shut off and it is left to stand until desired temperature is reached. Wax can now be melted onto ski, and spread by hot waxer.
