A foldable paper sheet (152) is formed having a sheet body portion (160), a sheet lower side flap (198) extending out from a lower edge of the sheet body portion (160), a pocket panel (168) extending out from a bottom edge of the sheet body portion (160), and a pocket side flap (178) extending out from a side edge of the pocket panel (168). The pocket side flap (178) is folded in towards the pocket panel (168), the pocket panel is folded up and the pocket side flap (178) is glued to the back face of the sheet body portion (160). The sheet lower side flap (198) is folded and glued to the pocket panel (168). The pocket panel (168) is thereby secured along both side edges to the sheet body portion (160), has an open top (319) and thus defines a pocket (318) on the back of the sheet body portion (160). The pocket panel (168) can have a finger notch (174) at the center of its top edge (315).
