ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An Interlock assembly for use in joining table pad sections is disclosed. The assembly includes a first member having a base and a channel along one side of the base. A second member includes a base and a flange along one side. During locking, the flange is positioned within the channel. A projection is provided in the channel and a mating gap in the flange. Upon locking both transverse and longitudinal movement between the members is retarded.
