A net mounting assembly for use in playing the game of table tennis is disclosed. The net mounting assembly comprises a pair of net brackets with each net bracket including a net post to which a standard table tennis net may be secured. Each net bracket also includes an extension arm which is pivotally mounted to the net post. A stop is provided for preventing the net post from pivoting beyond a position substantially perpendicular to the table tops. Also included is an attachment assembly which corresponds to each net bracket. The attachment assembly secures the corresponding net bracket while permitting the net bracket to pivot relative to the table. The attachment assembly is further configured to slidably engage the extension arm, thereby permitting the tension of the net to be adjusted and the extension arm to thereafter be secured in place. The net assembly is permanently secured to the bottom of one table top of a collapsible table and enables the table to be collapsed without interference from the net assembly.
La présente invention porte sur un dispositif de fixation pour filet de tennis de table. Le dispositif de fixation est composé d'une paire de supports pour filet, chacun muni d'un poteau auquel peut être attaché un filet pour table de tennis standard. Chaque support pour filet comprend aussi un bras d'extension monté sur le poteau du support de manière à pouvoir pivoter. Une butée empêche le poteau du support pour filet de pivoter au-delà d'une position essentiellement perpendiculaire au plateau de la table. Est également compris un accessoire de fixation qui s'adapte à chaque support pour filet de manière à assujettir ce dernier tout en lui permettant de pivoter par rapport à la table. L'accessoire de fixation est en outre configuré pour retenir le bras d'extension sur un coulisseau, permettant ainsi le réglage de la tension du filet et l'immobilisation subséquente de ce bras d'extension. L'ensemble du filet est fixé à demeure à la surface du plateau d'une table pliante, ce qui permet de démonter cette dernière sans désassembler le filet et son dispositif de fixation.
