TACK CLOTH Abstract A tack cloth comprising a sheet of fibrous material to at least one major surface of which has been applied a pressure sensitive adhesive polymer having a peel strength less than about 1.9 lbs/inch, a shear resistance of at least about 10 hours and a loop tack value of from about 1.2 to about 2.0 lbs. Nonwoven fabrics, especially those whose constituent fibers have been rearranged by the application of fluid rearranging forces thereto, and woven fabrics such as gauze are preferred for use as fibrous sheet materials.
