A method and apparatus are provided for assembling together tags (6), thread (8) and a web of envelope material for producing tagged packets. The tags are held on spaced seats on the periphery of a rotary carrier (2) and the thread is laid over the carrier and the tags. It is formed into a convoluted shape on the peripheral surface of the carrier between the tags by laterally displaceable holding pins (12) or by being dispensed onto the carrier by a displaceable guide (50). The web is brought against the tags and thread and attached to them maintaining the convoluted pattern of the thread. The assembly of web, thread and tags is suitable for a subsequent form-filling operation to complete the packets.
On décrit un procédé et un appareil destinés à assembler des étiquettes, un fil et une bande de matériau formant enveloppe, afin de produire des sachets portant des étiquettes attachées. Celles-ci sont maintenues sur des sièges espacés placés sur la périphérie d'un dispositif transporteur rotatif (2) et le fil est posé sur ce dispositif et sur les étiquettes. Ce fil est maintenu sous une forme en spires sur la surface périphérique du dispositif de transport, entre les étiquettes, à l'aide de broches (12) de maintien mobiles latéralement, ou en étant alimenté sur le dispositif par un guide mobile (50). La bande est placée contre les étiquettes et le fil et elle est fixée à ceux-ci en conservant le schéma en spires du fil. L'assemblage de la bande, du fil et des étiquettes est conçu pour une opération ultérieure consistant à former, remplir et fermer les sachets, afin d'achever la fabrication de ceux-ci.
