ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A tag includes a primary panel capable of bearing identification indicia and a secondary panel capable of bearing identification indicia. The secondary panel is detachably secured to the primary panel along a line of separation, and coated, adjacent the line of separation, with a pressure sensitive adhesive. A backing strip having a release surface in contact with at least the adhesive coated area of said secondary panel is also provided.
