The invention relates to novel made-to-measure, artificial non-ribosomal peptide-synthetases (NRPS) for the non-ribosomal synthesis and/or modification of peptides of a predetermined length and composition and/or the modification of individual amino acids. By fusing units of the peptide synthetases in specific linker areas, using a "modular molecular tool kit" it is possible to produce NRPS in a targeted manner, which are capable of synthesising peptides of a desired structure.

La présente invention concerne des synthétases de peptides, non ribosomales, artificielles et individualisées (NRPS), destinées à la synthèse et/ou à la modification non ribosomale de peptides de longueur et de composition données et/ou à la modification d'acides aminés individuels. Par fusion des unités de synthétases de peptides dans des zones de lieurs données, il est possible, à l'aide d'une <= trousse de construction moléculaire modulaire >=, de produire des NRPS de façon ciblée, ces dernières étant capables de synthétiser des peptides de structure souhaitée.
