Possibly wheels have teeth that poke into grooves/holes in the chain to create firmer grasp on to the chain so the grasp doesn't slip when the wind blows. There could be two (an inner and an outer disc one for the chain drag and another for the windmill) so when the wind blows the right way both discs could spin, adding to thrust each other on. And when the wind blows the other way the windmill could either spin the other way or lock up so as not to interfere with the chain's movement. The walls of the TALL GRAVITY TO ELECTRICITY INVENTION VERSION III enclosure could have holes or outer cylindrical supports with rollers/ball bearings (0.05%) we are studying whether to make the supports versus Windmill neck (which can be connected to the wheels) to be the inner or outer cylinder. We could also put windmills on both sides with their necks protruding out far enough so windmill blades and the reservoirs/tanks don't get into each other's way. We could also place windmill(s) on top of the structure (even neck facing up). Perhaps if we used curved blades so the blades don't have to be as long this is especially good the multiple vertically stacked system. One of the novelties in my invention is to connect the neck(s) of windmill(s) protruding from out the side of wheels of TALL GRAVITY TO ELECTRICITY INVENTION VERSION III to windmill blades outside (therefore making the invention more productive). Additionally as seen in DRAWING 4. design allows for the windmill whose neck protrudes out to turn from side to side to catch the direction of the wind.
