IMPROVED TAMPER-EVIDENT CLOSURE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A tamper-evident closure cap is described which is easily applied to a container and which thereafter may not be removed without the separation of a tamper indicating band. Locking tabs on the tamper indicating band are hinged to the band with and over-center hinge means for facilitating the effective tab position on a sealed container.
