A container (10) comprising a main body portion (14) having a top rim (20), at least one side wall (14) and a bottom wall (16), a carrying handle (22) integrally molded to the side wall (14), the carrying handle (22) being adapted to bend adjacent the side wall (14) to permit flexing of the handle (22) between a first substantially horizontal position and a second substantially vertical position, and a tamper evident connection of lid (12) to the container (10) comprising a channel (54) within a skirt (18) projecting outwardly from the side wall (14) below the top rim (20), a gripping portion (56, 58) of the lid (12) for receiving the top rim (20) and thereby securing said lid (12) to said container (10), wherein the gripping portion (56, 58) has a distal end (16) thereof adapted to be received within the channel (54), thereby rendering difficult access to the distal end (60), and a breakable and removable portion (64) of the skirt (18) for facilitating access to the distal end (60) of the gripping portion (56, 58) upon breaking the breakable and removable portion (64).
Ce conteneur (10) comprend une partie formant corps principal (14) présentant un bord supérieur (20), au moins une paroi latérale (14) et une paroi inférieure (16), et une poignée de support (22) intégralement moulée dans la paroi latérale (14), et adaptée pour se recourber de manière adjacente à la paroi latérale (14) et permettre son fléchissement entre une première position sensiblement horizontale et une deuxième position sensiblement verticale. Ce conteneur comporte, en outre, un raccordement du couvercle (12) au conteneur (10), pourvu d'un dispositif de détection de manipulation frauduleuse, qui comporte un canal (54) ménagé dans une bordure (18) se projetant vers l'extérieur à partir de la paroi latérale (14), au-dessous du rebord supérieur (20). Il comprend également une partie de serrage (56, 58) du couvercle (12) prévue pour recevoir le rebord supérieur (20) et fixer ainsi le couvercle( 12) au conteneur (10), et dont une extrémité distale (60) est adaptée pour venir se loger dans le canal (54), ce qui rend difficile l'accès à cette extrémité (60). Enfin, ce conteneur comprend une partie amovible, cassable (64), facilitant l'accès à l'extrémité distale (60) de la partie de serrage (56, 58) lorsque l'on rompt la partie amovible et cassable (64).
