The present invention relates to a tamper-evident push-through packaging secured against fraudulent reuse com-prising: -a polymer base web (1) comprising at least one pocket; -a multilayer lidding film (2) covering said pocket, said multilayer lidding film (2) comprising on its seal side a coextruded polymer film, said coextruded polymer film comprising a push-through polymer layer (3) sealed on the base web by a permanent seal and a peelable protective polymer layer (4), the polymers of both layers (3,4) being incompatible and in direct contact with each other, without interlayer, the adhesion between said push-through polymer layer (3) and said peelable protective polymer layer (4) being lower than the seal strength between said polymer base web (1) and said push-through polymer layer (3), wherein, in use, the push-trough layer leaves a seal seam (6), after removing the part of the push-trough layer (3) covering the pocket and wherein said protective layer (4) cannot be resealed by a heat sealing process on said seal seam (6).
La présente invention concerne un emballage inviolable du type déchirement par pression sécurisé contre une réutilisation frauduleuse comportant : une bande de base polymère (1) comprenant au moins une poche ; un film de couverture multicouche (2) recouvrant ladite poche, ledit film de couvercle multicouche (2) comprenant sur son côté scellé un film polymère coextrudé, ledit film polymère coextrudé comprenant une couche polymère du type déchirement par pression (3) scellée sur la bande de base par un scellé permanent et une couche polymère de protection pelable (4), les polymères des deux couches (3, 4) étant incompatibles et en contact mutuel direct, sans couche intermédiaire, l'adhésion entre ladite couche polymère du type déchirement par pression (3) et ladite couche polymère de protection pelable (4) étant inférieure à la force de scellage entre ladite couche de base polymère (1) et ladite couche polymère du type déchirement par pression (3). En utilisation, la couche du type déchirement par pression laisse subsister un soudure de scellé (6), après le retrait de la partie de la couche du type déchirement par pression (3) recouvrant la poche, et ladite couche de protection (4) ne peut être scellée de nouveau par un procédé de thermoscellage sur ledit joint de scellage (6).
