The present invention relates to pre-filled tamper evident syringe assemblies, including a tubular syringe body with a nose portion for receiving a hollow needle communicating with the interior of the syringe body, a needle cap for protecting at least the nose portion and a label bonded to an outer surface of the syringe body. The tamper evident feature of such an assembly is provided by a simple construction. Therefore, at least a portion of the needle cap adjacent to the syringe body is of essentially the same diameter as the syringe body, and the label of the syringe body extends onto the needle cap and is bonded and/or positively engaged thereto, so as to produce evidence of tampering when the needle cap is removed.
La présente invention concerne des ensembles seringues préremplies inviolables présentant un corps de seringue tubulaire ayant une partie de nez destinée à recevoir une aiguille creuse communiquant avec l'intérieur du corps de la seringue, un capuchon d'aiguille destiné à protéger au moins la partie de nez ainsi qu'une étiquette collée sur une surface extérieure du corps de la seringue. La caractéristique d'inviolabilité de cet ensemble est obtenue par une construction simple. Par conséquent, au moins une partie du capuchon d'aiguille adjacente au corps de la seringue a essentiellement le même diamètre que le corps de la seringue, et l'étiquette du corps de la seringue s'étend jusque sur le capuchon d'aiguille et est collée et/ou fixée directement à celui-ci, afin de produire une preuve d'utilisation lorsque le capuchon d'aiguille est retiré.
