A unitary child-resistant closure (10, 100) for pill containers (12), comprises a substantially rectangular base (20) having an opening (34) therein. A first fixed cover portion (30) overlies more than 50 % of the opening. There is a moveable closure member (40), and a hinge (32, 33) connecting the moveable closure member to the rectangular base. A camming member (46) is upstanding from the second major surface of the moveable closure member at the first end thereof, and presents a sliding cam surface (50) which is sloped in a direction towards the lower major surface and in the direction away from the hinge. The first end camming member has a latch member formed therein. A flexible spring member (54) is formed between the second end of the camming member and the hinge, and terminates at one end thereof in the hinge. When the moveable closure member is in its operative closure position, the latch member extends beneath a first end of the fixed cover portion, and the first end of the moveable closure member is urged against the first end of the first fixed cover portion by the spring action of the flexible spring member.
Cette invention se rapporte à une fermeture monobloc (10, 100) à l'épreuve des enfants, destinée à des récipients à pilules (12) et comprenant une base essentiellement rectangulaire (20) dans laquelle est ménagée une ouverture (34). Une première partie couvercle fixe (30) recouvre plus de 50 % de cette ouverture. On prévoit un élément de fermeture mobile et une charnière (32, 33) reliant cet élément de fermeture mobile à la base rectangulaire. Un élément à mouvement de came (46) est placé en position verticale droite sur la surface inférieure de l'élément de fermeture mobile à une première extrémité de celui-ci et comporte une surface de came coulissante (50) inclinée en direction de la seconde surface majeure et dans une direction s'éloignant de la charnière. Dans la première extrémité de l'élément à mouvement de came est formé un élément de blocage. Un ressort souple (54) est formé entre la seconde extrémité de l'élément à mouvement de came et la charnière, ce ressort se terminant à l'une de ses extrémités dans la charnière. Lorsque l'élément de fermeture mobile se trouve en position de fermeture active, l'élément de blocage s'étend sous une première extrémité de la partie couvercle fixe et la première extrémité de l'élément de fermeture mobile est poussée contre la première extrémité de la première partie couvercle fixe par l'action de sollicitation élastique du ressort souple.
