A tamper-resistant container with tamper evident feature which includes a cover portion (12) defining a outwardly extending peripheral flange (20), a base portion (14) defining an upper peripheral edge, and a hinge (16) joining the outwardly extending peripheral flange with the base portion. The upper peripheral edge includes an upwardly projecting bead (34) extending substantially about the perimeter of the base portion that is configured to render the outwardly extending flange of the cover portion relatively inaccessible when the container is closed. The hinge includes a frangible section (18), which upon severing, provides a projection (36, 38) that extends out beyond the upwardly projecting bead of the upper peripheral edge of the base portion, for facilitating removal of the cover portion from the base portion to open the container.
La présente invention concerne un récipient inviolable avec un élément inviolable qui comprend une partie couvercle (12) définissant un rebord (20) périphérique qui s'étendant vers l'extérieur, une partie base (14) définissant un bord périphérique supérieur et, une articulation (16) raccordant le rebord périphérique s'étendant vers l'extérieur à la partie base. Le bord périphérique supérieur comprend une bille (34) faisant saillie vers le haut qui s'étend sensiblement autour du périmètre de la partie base qui est agencée de façon à rendre le rebord s'étendant vers l'extérieur du couvercle relativement inaccessible lorsque le récipient est fermé. L'articulation comprend une partie frangible (18) qui, lorsqu'on la coupe, présente une projection (36,38) qui s'étend vers l'extérieur au-delà de la bille se projetant vers le haut du bord périphérique supérieur de la partie base, de façon à faciliter l'extraction du couvercle de la partie base en vue d'ouvrir le récipient.
