ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An outdoor storage tank is installed adjacent a building for supplying it and comprises an inner wall and an external cover which together form an annular insulation space. A pressure balancing conduit is arranged within the insulation space to communicate with the atmosphere in the top of the tank and with said building at the lower part of the tank.
