The present invention is directed to novel polypeptides, nucleic acids and related molecules which have an effect on or are related to the cell cycle. Also provided herein are vectors and host cells comprising those nucleic acid sequences, chimeric polypeptide molecules comprising the polypeptides of the present invention fused to heterologous polypeptide sequences, antibodies which bind to the polypeptides of the present invention and to methods for producing the polypeptides of the present invention. Further provided by the present invention are methods for identifying novel compositions which mediate cell cycle bioactivity, and the use of such compositions in diagnosis and treatment of disease.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux polypeptides, acides nucléiques et molécules apparentées, qui influencent le cycle cellulaire ou sont associés à ce dernier. L'invention concerne également des vecteurs et des cellules hôtes contenant lesdites séquences d'acide nucléique, des molécules de polypeptides chimériques comprenant lesdits polypeptides hybridés avec des séquences polypeptidiques hétérologues, des anticorps se liant avec lesdits polypeptides, ainsi que des procédés permettant de produire lesdits polypeptides. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés permettant d'identifier de nouvelles compositions médiatrices de la bioactivité du cycle cellulaire, et l'utilisation de ces compositions pour le diagnostic et le traitement de pathologies.
