The invention relates to a tape cassette for a medical handheld device (1), wherein the tape cassette (5) comprises a carrier tape (6), carrying test fields (8) for analyzing a sample of a human or animal body fluid and/or lancets (7) as functional elements, wherein the carrier tape (6) slides past friction points (12, 14) of the tape cassette (5) during use. According to the invention, at least one of the friction points (14, 12) comprises a surface made of a fluoropolymer for reducing friction. The invention further relates to a blood sugar measuring system with a handheld device (1), comprising a carrier tape (6), carrying test fields (8) for analyzing a sample of a body fluid and/or lancets (7) as functional elements, and a transport mechanism with which the functional elements (7, 8) can be moved successively into a usage position, wherein the carrier tape (6) slides past at least one friction point (14, 12) with a surface made of fluoropolymer.
L'invention concerne une cassette à bande pour un appareil médical portatif (1), ladite cassette à bande (5) comprenant une bande support (6) qui porte, comme éléments fonctionnels, des lancettes (7) et/ou des champs de test (8) destinés à analyser un échantillon d'un liquide corporel humain ou animal, la bande support (6) glissant en utilisation sur des points de friction (12, 14) de la cassette à bande (5). Selon l'invention, afin de réduire la friction, au moins un des points de friction (14, 12) présente une surface constituée d'un polymère fluoré. L'invention concerne en outre un système de mesure de glycémie comportant un appareil portatif (1) qui renferme une bande support (6) sur laquelle reposes les éléments fonctionnels suivants : des lancettes (7) et/ou des champs de test (8) destinés à analyser un échantillon d'un liquide corporel humain ou animal; et un mécanisme de transport permettant de déplacer successivement les éléments fonctionnels (7, 8) pour les amener dans une position d'utilisation. La bande support (6) glisse sur au moins un point de friction (14, 12) dont la surface est constituée d'un polymère fluoré.
