A pharmaceutical preparation for transcutaneous absorption is disclosed which is practically suitable for emollition of prolonging pain such as zonary horpes or zonary postherpestic neuralgia, and is much excellent in pharmaceutical effect, safety and pasting characteristics. This tape material comprises a supporting material and, supported thereon, an ointment comprising 1 to 30 parts by weight of an agent for local anesthesia as an effective component and 100 parts by weight of a non-aqueous ointment base material which contains 5 to 50 wt % of a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, 1 to 60 wt % of an alicyclic saturated hydrocarbon resin, 5 to 60 wt % of a liquid paraffin and 1 to 50 wt % of a butyl rubber.

L'invention concerne une préparation pharmaceutique à absorption percutanée, exerçant un effet apaisant sur des douleurs prolongées telles que celles provoquées par le zona ou les algies postzostériennes et possédant d'excellentes propriétés pharmaceutiques ainsi que des caractéristiques supérieures de sécurité et d'adhérence. Cette bande comprend une matière de support sur laquelle est étalée une pommade comportant 1 à 30 parties en poids d'un anesthésique local comme composant effectif et 100 parties en poids d'une matière de base de pommade non aqueuse contenant 5 à 50 % en poids d'un copolymère séquencé styrène-isoprène-styrène, 1 à 60 % en poids d'une résine d'hydrocarbure saturée alicyclique, 5 à 60 % en poids de paraffine liquide et 1 à 50 % en poids de caoutchouc butyle.
