A tape reel having an improved reliability during high-speed transport of the magnetic tape by improving the molding quality of the flange portion of the tape reel and a tape cartridge having this are disclosed. Reference faces (152v) are provided between a chucking gear (152b) and an outer circumferential rib (152r2) outside the chucking gear (152b), independently of the outer circumferential rib (152r2). Each of the reference faces (152v) is composed two faces: a first rib (152v1) extending circumferentially and a second rib (152v2) extending perpendicularly to the first rib (152v1). The volume of the portions forming the reference faces (152v) is small, and consequently the sink marks after the resin is cured are suppressed, the molding quality of the flange portion (152) is improved. Consequently, the straight-ahead transportability of the magnetic tape during high-speed transport and the reliability of recording/reproduction are both improved.
Cette invention concerne une bobine de bande présentant une fiabilité renforcée lors d'un transport à grande vitesse de la bande magnétique grâce à l'amélioration de la qualité de moulage de la partie flasque de la bobine de bande et concerne également une cartouche de bande comprenant cette bobine. Des faces de référence (152v) sont disposées entre un engrenage de bobinage (152b) et une nervure (152r2) circonférentielle externe située à l'extérieur de l'engrenage de bobinage (152b), indépendamment de la nervure (152r2) circonférentielle externe. Chacune des faces de référence (152v) est composée de deux faces : une première nervure (152v1) s'étendant de manière circonférentielle et une seconde nervure (152v2) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la première nervure (152v1). Le volume des parties formant les faces de référence (152v) est petit, ce qui permet de supprimer les dépressions en surface qui apparaissent après que la résine a durci, et d'améliorer la qualité de moulage de la partie flasque (152). Par conséquent, la transportabilité droite de la bande magnétique lors d'un transport à grande vitesse ainsi que la fiabilité d'enregistrement/de reproduction sont améliorées.
