The invention relates to a taper bolt connection comprising a taper bolt 8 received in a taper bush 1, a fastening nut and a washer 16, the taper bush 1 having a continuous longitudinal slot 5, and the taper bush 1 being capable of being spread open uniformly in the radial direction by means of a fastening nut screwable onto the taper bolt 8. Since the taper bolt 8 and/or the taper bush 1 have/has, at least in regions, an at least Teflon- containing coating 13, tribochemical processes between the taper bush wedge surface 3 and the taper bolt wedge surface 9 are largely avoided, so that the taper bolt connection according to the invention can be released again without great effort even after a long period of connection. Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of the taper bolt connection for connecting a rudder unit 17 to a carrying structure of a fuselage cell of an aircraft .
La présente invention concerne un raccord à boulon à tête conique comprenant un boulon à tête conique 8 logé dans une garniture conique 1, un écrou de fixation et une rondelle 16, la garniture conique 1 ayant une fente longitudinale 5 continue, et la garniture conique 1 pouvant être ouverte par déploiement uniformément dans le sens radial au moyen d~un écrou de fixation qui peut être vissé sur le boulon à tête conique 8. Comme le boulon à tête conique 8 et/ou la garniture conique 1 a/ont, au moins dans certaines zones, un revêtement 13 contenant au moins du Téflon, les processus tribochimiques survenant entre la surface de cale 3 de la garniture conique et la surface de cale 9 du boulon à tête conique sont évités en grande partie, ce qui permet de re-desserrer le raccord à boulon à tête conique conforme à l~invention sans grand effort même après une longue durée de serrage. L~invention concerne en outre l~utilisation du raccord à boulon à tête conique ci-décrit pour raccorder une unité de gouvernail 17 à une structure de portée de cellule de fuselage sur un aéronef.
