(57) Abstract The tightener unit (100) comprises a tightening assembly (50) with mutually tightenable annular taper elements (51,53). The tightening assembly (50) is mounted on or in a cylindrical bushing (56) with a flange (57) which extends in front of the heads (13) of tightening bolts (14). When the tightener is loosened, the bolts (14) are supported by the flange (57) and act both as tight- ening and as loosening bolts.
