A stabilizer bar includes a parallel bar which is secured with respect to a frame via fasteners in each of which a bush is fitted, and leg bars which extend from both ends of the parallel bar with distal ends of the leg bars connected to suspension arms. Each leg bar is tapered from an upper end toward a lower end thereof to continuously decrease a section modulus of the leg bar from the upper end toward the lower end thereof so that the stress generated by a load applied to the lower end of the leg bar is not concentrated on a bent part of the stabilizer bar and is distributed over the entire leg bar so as to prevent the stabilizer bar from being broken at the bent part.

L'invention concerne une barre stabilisatrice comprenant une barre parallèle qui est fixée relativement à un bâti via des éléments de fixation dans chacun desquels est inséré une bague, ainsi que des barres de jambe qui s'étendent à partir des deux extrémités de la barre parallèle, des extrémités distales des barres de jambe étant reliées à des bras de suspension. Chaque barre de jambe est profilée d'une extrémité supérieure vers une extrémité inférieure de manière à diminuer en continu un module de section de la barre de jambe de l'extrémité supérieure vers l'extrémité inférieure, de sorte que la contrainte générée sur une partie courbée de la barre stabilisatrice n'est pas concentrée sur une partie coudée de la barre stabilisatrice mais est répartie sur la barre de jambe entière de manière à empêcher la rupture de la barre stabilisatrice au niveau de la partie coudée.
