System (2) for tapping a high-temperature molten material, especially a molten metal, from a bath (8) and pouring it into a mould, comprising a mobile container (6) capable of moving with respect to an element (26) in such a way as, on the one hand, said container (6) may be plunged into the bath (8) to take some liquid and, on the other hand, lift the container (6) above a particular level for forcing the liquid to fall down with gravity through an aperture (10) along the wall. The system (2) does not imply high costs and allows to pour accurate volumes of molten material.
La présente invention concerne un système (2) qui permet de prélever une matière en fusion à haute température, en particulier un métal en fusion, dans un bain (8) et de la verser dans un moule. Le système de l'invention comprend un récipient mobile (6) capable de se déplacer par rapport à un élément (26) de telle manière que, d'un côté, le récipient (6) peut être plongé dans le bain (8) afin d'y prélever une certaine quantité de liquide et, d'un autre côté, peut être soulevé au-dessus d'un niveau particulier afin que le liquide s'écoule sous l'effet de la gravité à travers une ouverture (10) le long de la paroi. Le système de l'invention (2) n'implique pas de coûts élevés et permet de verser des volumes précis de matière en fusion.
