A system, method, and apparatus for a shooting game are disclosed herein. A central unit dispenses shooting devices upon receipt of a predetermined amount of currency. The shooting devices are used to transmit energy fields detectable by a target. The shooting devices also transmit laser light to provide feedback to the player. Upon detection of the energy field, the target is equipped to transmit a message to the shooting device acknowledging the detection.
