It is intended to provide a means of inactivating a target physiological function by forming active oxygen depending on light irradiation. Namely, it is intended to provide a target physiological function inactivator characterized by comprising a fluorescent protein labeled with a photosensitizer and undergoing fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) from the fluorescent protein to the photosensitizer upon light irradiation and thus exciting the photosensitizer to thereby form active oxygen.

La présente invention concerne un moyen d~inactivation d'une fonction physiologique cible par la formation d'oxygène actif qui dépend de l'irradiation lumineuse. À savoir, l'invention vise à produire un inactivateur d'une fonction physiologique cible caractérisé en ce qu~il comprend une protéine fluorescente marquée par un photosensibilisant et subissant un transfert d~énergie de résonance de fluorescence (FRET) de la protéine fluorescente vers le photosensibilisant sous une irradiation lumineuse, et excitant alors le photosensibilisant pour ainsi former l'oxygène actif.
