Methods and compositions for altering a polynucleotide of interest in a plant are provided. The methods involve introducing a template oligonucleotide into a plant cell, the template oligonucleotide comprises regions complementary to the plant polynucleotide, the complementary regions flank a non-complementary region, and the template oligonucleotide comprises a single-stranded nucleic acid comprising at least one cationic phosphoramidate internucleoside linkage.
Cette invention concerne des méthodes et des compositions permettant de modifier des polypeptides d'intérêt dans une plante. Ces méthodes consistent à introduire dans une cellule de plante un oligonucléotide matriciel qui comprend des régions complémentaires du polynucléotide de la plante, régions qui flanquent une région non complémentaire. L'oligonucléotide matriciel renferme un acide nucléique à brin unique qui comprend une lien cationique d'internucléoside phosphoramidate.
