The invention provides a method for targeted transgenesis using the Rosa26 locus. Suitable nucleotide acid sequences and vectors for the targeted transgenesis and recombinase mediated transgenesis are provided. The Rosa26 locus proved to be a suitable integration site allowing strong and predictable expression of inserted transgenes carrying exogenous promoters.
L'invention concerne une méthode de transgénèse ciblée faisant intervenir le locus Rosa26. L'invention concerne également des séquences nucléotidiques et des vecteurs adaptés pour la transgénèse ciblée et la transgénèse induite par la recombinase. Le locus Rosa26 s'est avéré être un site d'intégration adapté permettant une expression forte et prévisible de transgènes insérés transportant des promoteurs exogènes.
