A targeting device for an implant to be used for fractures preferably for trochantoric or subtrochantoric fractures, comprises a head having a projection to retain a femur nail to be inserted in the medulla canal of a femur. Locking means releasably fasten the femur nail to the projection, and a targeting arm laterally attached to the head extends parallel to a nail attached to said head and has at least one targeting bore for inserting a drill sleeve. Each targeting bore can be aligned to a proximal sloped bore or, respectively, to a distal transverse bore of the femur nail. The targeting arm is preferably fixed to the head has a plurality of targeting bores extending under different angles with respect to the axis of the arm, to allow using femur nails having different angular bores.
Un dispositif de ciblage pour un implant à utiliser pour les fractures, de préférence pour les fractures trochantériennes ou sous-trochantériennes, comprend une tête possédant une projection pour retenir un clou fémoral que l'on doit insérer dans le canal médullaire d'un fémur. Un moyen de verrouillage permet de fixer de manière non permanente le clou fémoral à la projection, et un bras de ciblage fixé latéralement à la tête s'étire parallèlement à un clou fixé à ladite tête et possède au moins un trou de ciblage pour l'insertion d'un manchon porte-foret. Chaque trou de ciblage peut être aligné à un trou incliné proximal ou, respectivement, à un trou transversal distal du clou fémoral. De préférence, le bras de ciblage est fixé à la tête et possède plusieurs trous de ciblage suivant des angles différents par rapport à l'axe du bras, pour permettre l'utilisation de clous fémoraux ayant différents trous angulaires.
