The invention relates to a system for the delivery and targeting of (i) substances of interest comprising nanoparticles based on at least one polymer, preferably a poly(alkyl cyanoacrylate), and at least one positively-charged polysaccharide, preferably a chitosan with a low molecular weight, and (ii) substances of interest which are anionic or which comprise an anionic region, which are fixed to, or incorporated into said nanoparticles.

L'invention a pour objet un système de délivrance et de vectorisation de substances d'intérêt constitué de nanoparticules à base d'au moins un polymère, de préférence un poly(cyanoacrylate d'alkyle) et d'au moins un polysaccharide chargé positivement, de préférence un chitosan de bas poids moléculaire et des substances d'intérêt anioniques ou comprenant une région anionique adhérées ou incorporées au niveau desdites nanoparticules.
