The present invention relates to the supply and production of an animal medicine consisting of a substrate in pellet or tablet form, which is attractive to livestock and domestic animals, in which fine-grained particles of a neutral-tasting, physiologically compatible, solid carrier material are embedded, which is characterised in that said fine-grained particles of carrier material have an average diameter of 0.09 to 0.8 mm and are coated with an active substance from veterinary medicine, and said active substance layer is covered with a protective layer of a physiologically compatible polymer matrix, and to the production of this animal medicine. It also relates to the usage of said double-coated, fine-grained particles of carrier material in the production of a preparation for veterinary medicine.
L'invention concerne la fabrication et la production d'un médicament pour animaux constitué d'un substrat sous forme de granulés ou de comprimés, qui est adapté au bétail ou aux animaux domestiques et dans lequel des particules à grain fin d'un excipient solide à goût neutre, compatible physiologiquement sont insérées. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que lesdites particules à grain fin de l'excipient présente un diamètre moyen compris entre 0,09 et 0,8 mm et sont recouvertes d'une substance active de médicament vétérinaire, ladite couche de substance active étant recouverte d'une couche protectrice d'une matrice polymère compatible physiologiquement. L'invention concerne également la production dudit médicament pour animaux. L'invention concerne de plus l'utilisation desdites particules à double revêtement, à grains fins de l'excipient, dans la production d'une préparation d'un médicament vétérinaire.
