The invention relates to novel scFv having at least two TCR V domains, or fragments thereof, interconnected by a linker, wherein: - the ligand specificity is the same as the corresponding complete TCR of whichvariable ectodomain would comprise the same V domains, or fragments of V domains, as said scFv, and which - is crystallizable and therefore shows no tendency to aggregate when kept for up to several weeks under physiological conditions at concentrations up to 10 mg/ml. Said scFv are particularly useful for in vitro, in vivo or ex vivo re-programming TCR .alpha..beta.+, TCR .gamma..delta.~ or NK cells.

L'invention concerne un nouveau scFV ayant au moins deux domaines ou fragments de domaines TCR V interconnectés par un linker : la spécificité du ligand est la même que le TCR complet correspondant, l'ectodomaine variable comprenant les mêmes domaines V ou fragments de domaines V que le scFv, lequel est cristallisable et n'a pas tendance à s'agglomérer lorsqu'il est conservé plusieurs semaines dans des conditions physiologiques à des concentrations pouvant atteindre 10 mg/mL. Ces scFv sont particulièrement utilisés pour la re-programmation in vitro, in vivo ou ex vivo de cellules TCR ¢alpha!¢bêta! +, TCR ¢gamma!¢delta! ou NK.
