A ready-made technical process for manufacturing fiber-reinforced plastic building components envisions the use of a link and, optionally, a flange and/or a base using textile blanks as starting material. Initially, at least two layers of the textile blanks are positioned vis-à-vis one another, clamped in and undergo a first sewing-up process. A preform is fashioned featuring the architecture of the product that is to be manufactured, and subsequently the preform is infiltrated with resin in order to realize the plastic building component. A tension module realizes a flange on a textile preform and a sewing material holder receives a textile preform in order to implement the steps referred to.
L'invention concerne un procédé relatif à la technique de confection en vue de la production de composants en plastique renforcé par fibres, comprenant une traverse (2) et, éventuellement, une bride (3) et/ou un pied (5), avec utilisation de pièces découpées textiles (10) comme matériau de départ, procédé selon lequel on effectue tout d'abord un positionnement mutuel, une tension et une première couture d'au moins deux couches de découpes textiles, un formage de la préforme (20) pour réaliser la forme prévue pour le produit à fabriquer, et une infiltration de la découpe par la résine en vue de produire le composant en matière plastique. L'invention concerne en outre un module de tension (21) destiné à la formation d'une bride sur une préforme textile, ainsi qu'un support de matériel à coudre (52) pour le positionnement d'une préforme textile en vue de la mise en oeuvre de l'étape précitée.
