A technology designed to incorporate tiny 'voice chips' into units requiring on-the-spot emergency instructions. The chip will have the means to electronically generate an audible message that would announce the operating instructions of said unit, thereby eliminating the need for the instructions to be read. This technology is incorporated into and presented as a convenient PAD, which is then attached to the compatible user unit. The user will simply press the pad containing the 'voice chip' and then listen to the instructions. This pad will be highly reliable and economically manufacturable. Any practical instructions, statements, warnings, legends, expressions, advertisements presently provided in the printed form can be recorded and made audibly accesible via the pad.
