The invention relates to a telecommunication system and method for establishing a connection with the mobile device of a participant. A desired destination number that is transmitted in a short message prepared by the participant is passed on to a callback computer. A connection is established by this callback computer between the mobile device of the participant and the desired destination number. Before establishment of the connection, the remaining credit of the participant is checked in a prepaid module connected to the callback computer, and the connection is established only if this credit suffices.
L'invention concerne un procédé de télécommunication et un système approprié pour établir une communication avec un appareil mobile, par exemple le téléphone mobile GSM d'un abonné, qui se trouve dans un réseau mobile public terrestre visité. Selon ce procédé, l'abonné qui appelle sur un appareil mobile dans le réseau mobile public terrestre visité prépare et envoie un bref message, par exemple un message à données de service supplémentaire non structuré, avec le numéro du destinataire voulu. Ce message est acheminé jusqu'à un ordinateur de rappel qui établit une communication entre l'abonné mobile appelant et le numéro cible voulu. Une communication est établie avec un abonné mobile appelé dans un réseau mobile terrestre public visité, par un ordinateur de rappel, dont le numéro est attribué à cet abonné mobile appelé dans l'enregistreur de localisation nominal. Le crédit à disposition, le temps d'émission et le temps d'utilisation du réseau restant (airtime) de l'abonné mobile sont vérifiés avant que la communication ne soit établie, dans l'ordinateur de rappel, sur la base de montants prépayés mémorisés, respectivement à l'aide d'au moins un tableau tarifaire et sur la base d'une donnée de localisation dudit abonné, mémorisée dans le registre de localisation nominal du réseau mobile terrestre public.
